CHERRY-O-CREAM PIE | |
1 can condensed milk (14 oz.) 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) 1 can cherry pie filling (No. 2 can) 1 crumb pie shell (cracker or wafer) In blender, put condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend on medium speed. Drop pieces of cream cheese into blender one small piece at a time. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate. |
