PILGRIM PUMPKIN PIE CAKE | |
4 eggs, slightly beaten 3 c. canned pumpkin 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 c. evaporated milk Dash of salt (optional) 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients in order given in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle package yellow cake mix over mixture (dry). Drizzle 1 cup melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (until knife comes out clean). |
