6 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
1/2 c. strong coffee
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. bourbon
1 c. brown sugar
1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple

Combine all ingredients except pineapple in covered dish 3 to 4 hours before serving time. Remove cover and place baking dish in 375 degree oven. Bake 45 minutes. Place pineapple slices on top of beans and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
