4 # beef roast 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup 1 (12 oz.) beer 1/2 c. brown sugar Onion salt Place the meat in a roaster. Sprinkle generously with onion salt. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover and roast in a 325 degree oven for 3 hours or cook in a crock pot for 6 to 8 hours. May add water if needed. Use the sauce as gravy. |
