SMOKED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thin
1 med. onion or 1 tbsp. dry onion
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 can celery soup
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water

Put beef cube in water to dissolve. Put cabbage in casserole. Sprinkle onion on top. Lay meat slices on top. Mix soup in water; spoon all over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
