VEGETABLE LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
2 frozen pkgs. of frozen vegetables
4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

WHITE SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 Knorrs vegetable bouillons

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and dash of pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Takes about 15 minutes. Cook noodles until tender.

Layer noodles, 1/2 vegetables, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cheese, noodles, vegetables, sauce and cheese. Bake covered 1 hour. The last 15 minutes uncovered.
