SWISS STEAK
2 lbs. boneless beef round steak
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 med. green pepper, thinly sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim round steak; pound well. Cut into 6-8 pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat beef with flour mixture. Place meat and any remaining flour mixture in rectangular baking dish, 12x8 inches or 10-inch square casserole.

Combine celery, onion and green pepper in small bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) until vegetables are tender, 3-5 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour over beef.

Microwave, covered, at HIGH (100%) 5 minutes. Reduce power to MEDIUM (50%). Microwave until beef is tender, 40-50 minutes, rearranging pieces after half the cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
