ROUND STEAK SAUERBRATEN 
1 1/2 lb. steak, cubed
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper (dash)
Buttered noodles

Brown steak in oil in skillet. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and simmer, uncovered 1 1/2 hours. Cook noodles and butter. Remove bay leaf and serve over noodles. Kids seem to love this meal because the gravy has a slightly sweet taste.
