GINGER DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. crushed ginger root or use canned ginger, sprinkle to taste
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Cream first four ingredients together. Fold in pineapple. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with: fresh pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, apple slices, grapes, cheese, etc.
