SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN | |
1 cut-up chicken 1 bottle Catalina salad dressing 1 env. onion soup mix (dry) Peach preserves or orange marmalade Spread chicken pieces in bottom of foil lined broiler pan. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Pour Catalina dressing over chicken using care so that all the soup mix does not get down to the bottom of the pan. Dollop with peach preserves or orange marmalade. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until tender. |
