CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 1/2 chickens or 4 to 6 lg. chicken breast
1 bottle red Russian salad dressing (8 oz.)
1 sm. jar apricot preserves or orange marmalade
1 envelope onion soup mix

Mix above ingredients and marinate overnight or 4 to 5 hours. Pour in baking dish (entire mixture). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

A turkey breast can be substituted for chicken or 2 to 3 Cornish game hens.
