CHICKEN MARINADE/BASTE 
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup mix
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. bottle (low-cal) Russian salad dressing

Pour over chicken (I use skinless, boneless chicken breast). Put in a 9'x13" pan and bake as usual (400 approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour). Serve with marinade.
