FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Set aside. Make a white sauce by combining in a small pan:

3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Have ready:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
1 lg. pkg. frozen French fries, thawed

In casserole dish layer half of the fries, half of the sauce and half of the cheese. Repeat and top with corn flake mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.

It might take longer to bake, depending on how cold the fries are, so put a knife into the center to be sure it is heated through.
