COCONUT CREAM CUSTARD CUPCAKES 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients. Mix 3 minutes on slow in blender. Pour into greased or cup liners cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
