LOW CALORIE SALAD 
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
4 1/2 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
1 container cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Drain oranges and pineapple. Chop mandarin orange slices, combine topping, cottage cheese and gelatin in large bowl. Fold in well-drained oranges, pineapple and nuts. Put in refrigerator.
