HAM BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground pork
2 lb. cured ground ham
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. horseradish (optional)
1 onion

Combine all ingredients. Make into balls, using 1/2-cup measuring cup. Mix catsup and brown sugar; spoon on top of each ham ball. (If freezing, this can be added on top when ready to bake.)

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. If frozen, bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
