HAM BALLS WITH RAISIN SAUCE 
3 c. ground ham
1 c. uncooked quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 400°F. In large bowl with hands, lightly mix ham ball ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until combined. Shape into 12 balls, divided evenly. Arrange in shallow baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

Sauce:

3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Make sauce. In small saucepan bring raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, vinegar and 1 1/2 cups water to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. In small bowl mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until blended. Stir into raisin mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute, until thickened. Pour over ham balls.

Bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with sauce mixture.
