SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEAT BALLS 
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
3-4 chopped celery stalks
Crushed garlic to taste
4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Wilt vegetables in oil until clear. Add paste and tomatoes plus water - 2 cans per 1 can paste - 1 can per 1 can tomatoes - bring to boil. Makes meat balls.

MEAT BALLS:

2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
1/2 bell pepper, chopped finely
1 stalk celery, chopped finely
4 eggs
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan
Salt and pepper

Add all these ingredients. Mix well. Drop into sauce. Simmer at least 4 hours. Serve with spaghetti noodles. The longer and slower you cook this, the better. Serves 10.
