GARLIC GREEN BEANS 
3 heaping handfuls fresh green beans
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 bouillon cube, vegetable
1 clove garlic

Wash beans and break off tips. Sear beans and garlic in olive oil in skillet on high until slightly black. Cover with water and add bouillon cube. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. A healthy vegetable dish! This makes a nice broth to serve over rice. Serves 2 to 3.
