GARLICED GREEN BEANS | |
Cook 1 pound of fresh green beans in salted water until just tender. Drain well. In a fry pan, put 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 garlic cloves which have been diced. Saute the garlic until light brown. Remove the garlic from the pan and add the green beans. Add salt and pepper to taste and warm at low heat. |
