DUTCH APPLE PIE 
4 c. apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice 4 cups apples. Put in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and teaspoon cinnamon.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Cream together topping ingredients and crumble on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes.
