DUTCH APPLE PIE 
Graham cracker ready pie crust
1 lg. egg yolk, beaten
5 1/2 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush egg yolk over crust and bake 5 minutes on baking sheet. Mix apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Mix well. Spoon into crust. Mix remaining flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this topping mixture over apples. Bake on baking sheet until topping is brown, about 50 minutes. Cool.
