DUTCH APPLE PIE 
3 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. rich milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell. Put crumbs on top and bake.

CRUMBS:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. flour

Mix real good and put on top of filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
