DUTCH APPLE PIE 
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Prepare pastry for one crust pie and line large pie pan. Mix together apples, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Spread into pastry lined pan.

Mix together the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Spread evenly over apples. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer.
