DUTCH APPLE PIE 
4 c. apples, cut up
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Put apples in 1 crust pie shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon. Sift 1/2 cup sugar with 3/4 cup flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Cover pie with crumbly mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 30 more minutes.
