HAMBURGER CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 c. chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. med. noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1 stick of butter, melted 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. soft bread crumbs Cook noodles and drain. Brown meat and add onion and cook until tender. Add all but 1/2 of bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Put bread crumbs and butter together before mixing. |
