HASHBROWN DISH 
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Spread potatoes in pan (13x9). Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
