HASHBROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. hashbrowns, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
Potato chips
Paprika
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. Velveeta
1 1/2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Put potatoes in dish. Melt Velveeta and butter together. Add rest of ingredients (except paprika). Pour in casserole. Sprinkle chips on top. Sprinkle paprika. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
