HASHBROWN POTATOES | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrown patties 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Thaw potatoes and spread evenly in bottom of a shallow pan. Spread thin. Sprinkle onion, cheese over the potatoes. Pour scalded milk mixture (milk, butter, salt and pepper) over the potatoes. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; and uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes. |
