HASHBROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/8 c. chopped onion

Mix all together. Add 2 pounds of hash browns. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
