OVEN HASHBROWN POTATOES 
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add frozen hash brown potatoes to mixture. Mix well and put into ungreased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Crush cornflakes and sprinkle on top. Drizzle on 4 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
