DIJON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Combine mustard and sour cream. Spread on chicken, then roll in the crumbs. Place single breasts in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and tender. Serves 4.
