CRISP CHICKEN - ITALIAN 
2 fryers, meaty pieces only, cut up
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt, and paprika in a plate. Dip chicken pieces in sour cream and roll in seasoned crumbs. Place in a single layer in 9 x 13 inch pan - greased. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
