HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 lg. can undrained crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip

Bake cake in sheet pan as directed. Cool slightly. Pour pineapple over warm cake; let cool thoroughly. In blender put 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 2 cups milk. Blend well and pour over top of pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip and top with coconut. Refrigerate. Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
