CRUNCHY FLOUNDER 
1 lb. flounder (or your favorite fish)
1/4 c. malt vinegar
1 1/2 oz. corn meal
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt

Thaw fish. Pat dry. Dip fish in vinegar on both sides. Roll in corn meal mixture. Bake on non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with Pam approximately 20 minutes until flaky at 375 degrees. Makes 4 servings.
