TACO SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, finely shredded 4 med. tomatoes, cubed 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. kidney or pinto beans 1 med. onion, ringed 8 oz. bottle French or Russian dressing 1 (5 1/2 oz.) bag corn chips, crumbled Tabasco sauce, optional Toss lightly the lettuce, tomato, cheese, corn chips, onion rings and dressing. Brown ground beef; drain. Heat beans with meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Add beans and meat to lettuce; mix and toss. Add Tabasco sauce to taste. Makes 8-10 servings. |
