2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix and cook in crock pot for 1 hour on high heat or 4-5 hours on low heat.
