STELLA D'ORA ANGINETTI PUFFS | |
2 pkg. Stella D'ora Anginetti cookies 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 to 1/2 c. powdered sugar 4 oz. Cool Whip Slice tops off cookies. Mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth at medium speed. Add crushed pineapple and blend at low speed for 1 minute. Drop filling by spoonfuls onto bottom of cookies. Replace tops. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
