INDIAN TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1/3 c. tapioca
1/4 c. yellow corn meal
1 qt. of milk

Mix and cook slowly until the tapioca is transparent. Remove from heat and add: 1 cup light molasses, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons butter. Pour into buttered baking dish and add 1 1/2 cups of cold milk. DO NOT STIR. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream while warm.
