MUSHROOM BREAD 
1 loaf of round, oblong bread (i.e. vienna, Boule', french, etc.)
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms

Slice or score bread oblong way, and then crosswise; leaving 1/2 inch uncut on bottom.

Melt and combine next 5 ingredients. Mix together cheese and mushrooms. Stuff bread with cheese/mushroom mixture. Pour butter mixture over bread. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees; 30 to 40 minutes.
