CHEESE AND MUSHROOM BREAD 
1/2 loaf French bread
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 jar (2.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

Slice bread in half lengthwise. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over bread halves. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
