ORANGE TEA ROLLS 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

Grated rind of 2 lg. oranges
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix.

Mix well with spoon. (Do not knead.) Let rise about 2 or 3 hours. Roll out. Put filling in and place in muffin tins or cookie sheet. Let raise just a little. Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes.
