4 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. butter

Bake potatoes, peel and cool. Slice and arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix brown sugar with spices and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter, cook, covered for 8 minutes in 350 degree oven. Spoon glaze twice over potatoes during cooking time.
