MICROWAVE DELUXE BREAD PUDDING 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. cubed bread
5 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 box instant vanilla pudding

In 2 quart bowl toss bread, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins and nuts; set aside.

In a 2 quart bowl mix together 5 eggs slightly beaten, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 cups milk, 1/4 cup butter. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes.

Add to bread mixture, tossing lightly. Cover with waxed paper, microwave for 8 minutes on high, then lightly toss and microwave for 12 minutes on half power. Let stand for 10 minutes and then pour vanilla pudding over top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
