SAUCY CHEESE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
12 oz. shredded cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package. In medium skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, parsley, basil, garlic powder and oregano; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a 3 quart oblong baking dish, layer 1/2 sauce, noodles and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 6 servings.
