NOODLE CHEESE BAKE 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. PA Dutch egg noodles (wide)
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. In medium skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, parsley, basil, garlic powder and oregano; simmer; stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. In 3 quart oblong baking dish, layer 1/2 sauce mixture, noodles, and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. (Cover when baking.) Serves 4 to 6.
