This cole slaw is made with chopped cabbage. Seasoning Blender mayonnaise or other dressing

Assemble blender. Put cabbage pieces into blender container. Cover with cold water. Cover and process 1 cycle at grate. (If a finer chop is desired, process 1 additional cycle.) Drain immediately through colander. Put into bowl and season to taste. Mix in desired amount of mayonnaise or other dressing.
