TUNA APPETIZERS 
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
3 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. horseradish
32 toast points
Chopped parsley

Drain tuna; flake. Add celery, onion, pepper and mayonnaise; blend. Combine butter and horseradish. Spread on toast points. Top with tuna mixture. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 32 appetizers.
