CURRIED LAMB 
1 1/2 lbs. ground lamb
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder

Saute for 15 minutes. Add: 4 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water

Simmer for 15 minutes. Add 2 chopped tomatoes; heat through. Serve in pita bread.
