PEANUT SAUCE 
2 c. crushed peanuts
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp. fat
3 c. water
2 tsp. curry powder
Salt

Put nuts into salted water and boil for 15 minutes. Fry onions and tomatoes and add to peanut mixture with curry powder. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Very good as a dip for chicken fingers.
